The largest expense is our investment in staff members who are the lifeblood of our mission.  These staff members work tirelessly to help dreams become reality. Whether it is a driving someone to connect with family members, helping someone start their own business, or working with someone to secure their first job, staff members work days, nights, weekends and holidays to ensure that the people we support live fuller lives.
