Ways to Contribute

Annual Gifts

The LifeQuest Foundation welcomes annual gifts from individuals, corporations or organizations.  These gifts will be pooled annually with other contributions and placed in interest-bearing accounts, providing an extra return on a donor's investment.  There are numerous ways you can give an Annual Gift.

Cash, Check or Credit Card

The LifeQuest Foundation offers a variety of gift options you may wish to explore, such as cash or check. Also, you may use a credit card to make your contributions.  Appreciated securities, life insurance policies, real estate and gifts of personal property, as well as deferred gifts such as bequests, testamentary trusts and life income trusts are also vehicles to make an annual gift.
 

Annual Giving Levels

There are four levels of giving in the Annual Giving Club:

Matching Gift Program

The LifeQuest Foundation’s Matching Gift Program recognizes gifts of $2,500 or more from individuals or businesses that serve as a “challenge” to fellow donors to match their gifts to the LifeQuest Foundation Annual Giving Club.  These significant gifts are recognized through regular LifeQuest Foundation correspondence, the LifeQuest Profile, at the Annual Spring Kickoff and our  Annual Meeting.  Your gift through the LifeQuest Foundation Matching Gift Program will help with the future needs of the MAATC. 

Planned Gifts
